The Rattler is sensitive to movement and vibration. The Rattler unit can be placed on top of the items to be protected. It can also be attached to any metal object with the integrated magnets. For example on top of a stack of lumber, drywall or other building materials, on the engine cowling of a backhoe, on top of appliances or HVAC units prior to installation.
